tips for losing weight?:)
stay hydrated!! eat lots but in moderation and through different times of the day! eat around 5 smaller meals! dont restrict calories, and just make sure to be healthy. do it in the right way, eat a lot of fruit! its amazing for you so why not? and veggies too! carbs arent a sin, so carb up! and lots of excersize:)
