Try to read whatever you've learnt in your salah that makes it alot easier to remember
Listen to alot of Quran. Find a reciter you like and listen to that qari's recitations. Listen more to the surahs that you might find difficult. that really works for me?
Also try to learn your work before or after fajr. I personally find that to be the best time to learn anything??♂️
And try to look after your gaze? that one's really important
Oh and one more thing my friend showed me this and it really helps. When you learn new work try to read over each ayat 7 times or more until you know that ayat perfectly then move on to next ayat then when you finsh all the lines read again from the start to the end of your work 7 or more times. I hope this helps?
