Not. Even. Nearly.
Disha. Nice of you to say. :3
That'd be because Christmas et memor is not a commercially available book. Its not even ,strictly speaking, a book, by conventional standards. A short story, perhaps? Either way, don't bother expending the energy to look for it, unless the author undergoes a paradigm shift in thought, it wont be available anywhere.
I used to be. I'm working on it, believe me. As for why, its because I was ashamed of the way I look. Then one day while idly browsing my own profile, I happened to realise that what a picture should represent, is a memory, not how gorgeous the subject is. I don't ordinarily believe in vanity, and had thought my reluctance to appear in photos was but proof of the same. With that shift in perspective, I find it hard to see it as anything but a manifestation of that which I had aspired to avoid. So I now try not to be a camera ninja. Old habits die hard, but die they shall.
A little, nothing TOO disciplined, which is, to be honest, something I feel I should fix soon.
A few pushups, planks, sit ups, crunches, cardio, that kind of thing.
Boost (Y)
Kidding, I've never had Boost. Short answer is, there is no secret.
Baby I was born this way (8)- Nah, I've been reading anything with words on it since as far back as I can remember. Vocabulary notwithstanding, the effect of that is that you're exposed to a multitude of ideas, and in general, information. I'd say that would augment anyone's ability to quickly process and as*imilate information.
Attitude is another factor. You can't go around believing everything you read, especially since the Internet happened. What to believe in and what not to, may sometimes even challenge your most deep-rooted beliefs, so you have to know how to treat the influx of data. You've GOT to know how to evaluate the credibility of what you're reading. Challenge everything you read with existing knowledge. I'd find that serves brilliantly to refine your own ideals, especially those that you'd hitherto taken for granted. I could keep going, but I'd probably bore you, seeing as you were looking for a secret, where there exists none. I'd really like to know the answer you expected, though, do tell.
Not in order, because there IS no order,
Zebra, Astle, Ravi, Sumit, Chris, when she DOES talk, Revati, Vishal (random trivia ftw!), Aditya Naik, Nyrika, Akshay Giridharan.
I know this isn't 20, but the rest I've got in mind, either I don't talk to anymore, or don't exist in my life yet.
Doesn't matter, the answer wouldn't change even if it was. I'd say right now, all things considered, she's 37 degrees Celsius. :D
Howdja like that, hmm Astle? ;)
No, to seriously answer, Astle is as cool as...... a broken A/C. Kid's got potential, she just.doesn't.believe. in herself.
PHYSICS! As refuge from Chemistry. :'c
Why thank you.
Really? Okay. Hello, Nyri. :3
Hello, Nyrika.
Yes, you're quite the maverick. Don't you agree?
Figure of speech. It means you've got guts.
You did. At one time. Which begs the question- Did Sumit finally manage to install it onto your laptop day before yesterday?
Because Sumit molested Raj.
Simply smashing, old chap!
I don't mind gay folk, but lesbians steal the cake here. :3
I mean, look at it this way. Most guys don't actively like guys, but do like females. Females like both guys AND other females! Lesbians, therefore, have no weaknesses, EVERYONE likes them!
Jeez, WHAT Sumit or Nyika?
Which one is female? Sumit.
Which one has balls? Nyrika.
Which one loves the other more? Sumit.
Which one cares about the above? Neither.
Which one is lazier? Really hard to say.
Which one hates the other's PS3? Nyrika. (She's a girl, go figure)
Which one is a better bathroom singer? Nyrika. (I cannot know for sure, but I say so because, well Sumit's singing................Lets just say it doesn't exist, as far as I know. Feel free to prove me wrong, Sumit! :D)
Which one is a bigger noob? I'm sure Nyri wouldn't get knifed by Faizu nearly as much, just sayin'....
Which one is more of a maverick? Nyrika.
Which one I like more? I like everyone. C:
Whatever your question was, I sincerely hope it was covered above.
You pose a difficult question! So much so that I haven't the foggiest as to what the question is in the first place, but ah well.
Because TheWildCabbage is a legendary Counterstrike player, the answer has got to be 'Ahmed.' :3
Zebra is missing that particular, yet integral aspect of bro-hood. :c
You're mistaken, the guy you want to ask is Ahmed Yusuf. I'm not him. :)
Not the best way to make me, don't you think? :)
Yes, I was agreeing with you, O Astledehyde. :P
I think I've lost them. :'(
WHA-! How rude, I don't BUG her! I simply enjoy locking horns with her! (And no, Astle, the point of that is NOT to imply that you've got horns and that somehow makes you ugly. A most amusing mistake. One of many. :3 )
Sweetie? Well sure, I'm not disagreeing there, but lets just say that with guys, she behaves like Rambo. :c
Godzilla is basically a mutated lizard. Lizards have p****es. So yes, I believe Godzilla had a p****.
100% male, I as*ure you.
I escapes your notice that this isn't a question, then?
Do you really wish to know? It isn't a simple answer, a clear-cut definition. The answer is every bit as multidimensional and multifaceted as human nature itself. Well, my interpretation of it, anyway. If you tend to see people in a one dimensional aspect, the answer will not make even the slightest of sense to you.
Not to mention it is no minor undertaking to condense and type out; but that is a matter mostly unrelated.
To get as close to being my idea of what a human should be as possible.
Alright, so my first hangout with a large group of people, of both se*es. We go to Al Nasr, fool around for a bit, after which, we decide to play Truth or Dare outside. As one would expect, the game was riddled with dares (not mentionable in polite company) and the embarras*ing Truths of the entire group, (not to mention foul language) which were then recorded with glee.
So the most embarras*ing moment for me would be when I get home, drop my cell somewhere, flop down on my bed, and a few seconds later, hear the sound of my parents viewing the same.
Do not leave your cell lying around. It WILL be interpreted as an invitation.
I suppose so. No specific instance springs to mind, but I can't NOT have ever been.
Absolutely.
Zeba pays me to do it on her behalf, and who am I to refuse such warped love, especially when I'm being paid for it? (A)
What can I say, 11th just wasn't the year for good memories. I spent much of it in contemplative silence, and there isn't much fun in that.
Oh, Chris's sleepover? That was fun! Misnomer, though. We didn't sleep at all. Not even for a minute.
Hegde- I've heard his mimic skills are OVER 9000!
Venkatesh- I don't really know him much. He was from ze 'K' section. our rivals in French. >.>
Naik- Total noob...At being a noob. See what I did there? xD
Pro at Mas* Effect 3 multiplayer, building , upgrading, overclocking, and apparently even undervolting computers.
Highly knowledgeable, to the point of being a frequenter of Quiz Homies,
and a nerd. Walla7.
We be tech geek bros. B)
Which one? I know three.
How odd, I cannot think of why this question would matter to anyone except Faizan himself. :P
I digress. I believe we CAN be good friends, because he is likeable, and I consider him a good man. We do not know each other well enough for me to say he is, because honestly, the only interaction I've had with him is over Counterstrike, and while it sure does bring people together, its not the only thing that comprises friendship.
The second time someone's asking me this.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I have not the slightest clue. I simply haven't gotten down to thinking about it, not that it would help. By the time it becomes applicable, I'm likely to have changed, my ideas and thoughts evolved. With that in mind, whatever I say now will probably be rendered redundant by the time it actually matters.
Are they? They only seem that way because the ideas I put forward are new to you, but for me, because those very ideas form the basis of my outlook, its merely common sense. To most, its probably garbled nonsense.
On an unrelated note, how the hell was I supposed to answer this question? :P
Good question, one which, if I were to answer, would take the better of two days to do.
Let's just say that while I do not believe finding true love during your teen years is impossible (My uncle is living proof, and that is something I cannot just ignore), it is ,however, very highly improbable.
I'd get into how utterly ludicrous it sound for fifth graders to be corresponding through love letters, worrying about multiple suitors, and slitting their wrists open in the name of love (My mom's a supervisor, so I hear of these, and know whereof I speak, and don't worry, they're fine. All six of them missed vital spots, and the cuts themselves were shallow.) and how, while it seems it seems like madness to us, it seems as viable to them as teenage love does to us, but if I did, I really WOULD be here for more time than I have to spare.
So keep a cool head, your priorities straight. Where love's concerned, there'll be time enough later, once you actually know something about the world, and are hence better equipped to make decisions of such importance. YOLO, so why screw it up?
That, is my very-very-very condensed view of teenage love.
Just off the top of my head, I'd say-
Xam Idea- Physics, Grade XII. 'Tis most helpful.
Dreams from my father- Obama,
Frankly, any of Ruskin Bond's,
My family and other animals - Gerald Durrel
The Fountainhead- Ayn Rand,
Eragon, Eldest, Bisingr- Chrisopher Paolini,
Shannara, Harry Potter (No, the movies are NOT 'good enough'.), Wheel of Time series,
Old Man and the Sea - Hemmingway (This one would bore a lot of people, I'd imagine, but oh well)
The Prince- Machiavelli,
Roald Dahl,
Water for Elephants-Sara Gruen,
Gone with the Wind - Margaret Mitchell,
The Secret Garden- Frances Hodgson Burnett
Christmas et Memor.
I could keep going on, but the fact is, I wouldn't recommend anything to anyone if it doesn't suit their tastes. I know such recommendations are doomed to be forgotten within the span of a minute at best.
As it so happens, I doubt even a single one of my friends has read even one of these books in its entirety.
I do not know the answer to this o.o
But now that I think of it, its gotta be PK- ponytail version. :3
That is apparently the cutest he's looked. Apparently. Wanna see?
Its interesting! Granting people anonymity's like handing them a shield- and when they're convinced they're untouchable, they're willing to come out and ask things they normally wouldn't, for whatever reason.
The fact that what most do with that anonymity is just be obnoxious (I've seen some pretty tasteless applications of it, as of late), is something else. You don't blame the invention for the way its being used.
I did not.
Nothing. Everything I've done that might be considered to be regrettable, is merely a lesson not to repeat it.
Think of it this way- you've had to have committed a mistake in order to be suitably equipped to avoid repeating the same in the future. Given that, would you really regret anything you did if it was but a promise for a better you?
My, my, I'm now seriously conflicted as to whether you're misinterpreting me on purpose or not.
It follows as such- before she was my girlfriend, she was my best friend, during which time, she raised my expectations of what a best friend was supposed to be, to such heights, and having such connotations, that I haven't met anyone who could be similar. Such things are nearly impossible to compare at best, given the complexity involved with humans.
Forgive me. Its difficult to adapt myself to you when I don't know who you are. If I did, I'd explain to the best of my ability in the manner closest to your that of your interpretation.
The paper itself was good, but, well... My preparation did not quite follow suit. :P
Ravi's fun when he's in the mood, Astle makes some of the best mistakes ever, Sumit cracks people up every once in a while, Allan's just epic, Devalla's rapping is too good to be missed, Zebra pretending not to be a studious ranker is a laugh and half, Chris verbal spars, IHS teachers' peculiar quirks, Danzil being don without even realising it, so on so forth!
'Funniest'? Limiting fun to just one person's just sad, wouldn't you say?
Nothing of the sort. I'm saying she was a better best friend to me than anyone since.
How vague. Please elaborate.
Either Chris Vincent, or Ravi Ahuja. Ahmed too, on occasion.
No one. Blame my ex girlfriend. She totally redefined my concept of a best friend.
Call me foolish if you will, but I find it worth holding on to that ideal of a best friend.
Oh I like everyone, friend.
More often than not, I'm the person who can't be stood.
Super-intellect.
I find the Overly Attached Girlfriend quite hilarious, and I've also recently discovered that I have most in common, with the Socially Awkward Penguin. Quite depressing, but hey!
Insanity Wolf ranks right up there in my List of Awesome too. Check it out!
Ordinarily, I'd agree, but Bruce Wayne is just so much more worthy of being an example to follow than any real person I've seen. Gadgets and powers aside, of course. I speak in terms of spirit.
Which is fine, because the way you regard life shouldn't be limited to the way any other real person does. A role model is but an idea; That being established, a fictitious character is just as viable as a non-fictitious one.
Shemale, then. But definitely part male.
Absolutely not.
After all, it just wouldn't do for him (for such a magnetic character must surely be male) to score 75/70.
Bruce Wayne.
I have no idea how these are decided, nor am I part of the whole popularity-centric circle, but here goes -
Vanay Naresh/Ravi Ahuja, no clue, Don't know too many couples and am therefore unfit to judge , Ravideep again , Oh I wouldn't even pretend to know the most popular girl in school!
I'll be honest. I barely care.
I confess, this has got to be the question I had most difficulty answering, if only because sociality and myself run antiparallel. Talk about feeling like a fish out of water!
No.
No.
Cool with both. But the thing with mutton is that, its not always boneless, but when it isn't, its 99.99% bone.
As of now, only myself. Nothing personal, I just don't trust anyone that way.
Trust is a horribly picky issue. The best you can do is to know in what capacity you can trust who. So yeah, only myself.
You must be new to these parts. 'Round here them folks, they call me *Narrows eyes* One-Chance Moley.
You dare question my integrity!?
"Whosoever increaseth knowledge, increaseth sorrow."
Or so I would say, if I wanted to utterly mystify you and get away with a five word answer.
Its simply to encourage experimentation. If you're stuck in a rut, I'd rather throw hints your way( if I'm in a position to do so) such that you'd come up with a solution yourself (Which may, admittedly, be better than the one I had in mind.), rather than drop my solution upon you. Who knows, I might even learn from that superior solution of yours! Far be it from me to inhibit individual ingenuity.
An interesting premise, but I'd probably be one of those 'cannon-fodder' guys that dies one of the first cutscenes or something.
Nevertheless, for the sake of an answer, I'd say either Mas* Effect, or Okami.
Its actually not complicated at all. None of it is something you wouldn't have if you'd read as many books as I have.
Language is simply a medium of expression of ideas. The more articulate you ear, the easier that task becomes, and ironically, the lesser people will understand you.
You want complicated? Read Machiavelli. THAT'S complicated. The very weight of his ideologies had me reeling.
Whoops. :P It was at 8:30.
One right answer, four different girls. You pose a challenge through and through, Zebster. :P
But after much internal strife and silent debate, my answer must be 'Christina Grimmie.'
Physically, studying physics. Mentally, counterstrike.
