I hope this doesn't come across rude too you at all. But how far you have came from your weightloss journey, you have made me feel so motivated to loose weight like you wouldn't even believe.
I'm glad I've motivated someone, but the reason I lost weight wasn't healthy.. I went from 67 to now 51kg in less than a year Long story short, at one point I was going through a lot of stress and I just lost my appetite. I can't eat that much anymore, 1 meal a day can make me full. It's not good. I wish I lost it in a healthy way but if you want to lose weight just eat healthy and do some sport and eventually you'll become healthy :) Inbox me if you want to have a chat <3
