There is a lot of things for the heart but a heart with quran in it will stay strong, at start it may be hard but it gets easy

I feel very depressed all the time and sometimes i depend/get attached to friends when i really shouldnt. Do you have any advice brother on how to give wverything up that is bad for the heart?
Sister don't be depressed at all, happiness comes from allah and also saddness but in saddness we get very close to allah and Allah said if u take a step towards him he will run towards u n also allah swt is more closer to us than we think, more than our own juggler vein so call out to Allah anytime he is waiting for our du'as so he can take our saddness away sister :)

Best thing is to attach urself to allah as wa jal n read quran, after every salah or anything u feel depressed cry to allah to help u n with true faith beleive he will fix everything for u, u will feel very happy in'sha'allah, I've been through the hardest moments in my life from heart breaks n depression only with the help of allah
