What does your daily diet consist of?
Um welll i eat lile 3 bigger meals
(breakfast, lunch, dinner) and smaller meals inbetween.
So for breakfast ill have protein oats with lots of fruit on the top. Then like 2 hours later yoghurt ,nuts or fruit. Then lunch usually any meat i can find tuna, salmon, chicken , steak with like veggies salad and rice or ill just make an omelette.
Then hour or 2 later some toast or some snacky thing, then before training smoothie , yoghurt or protein pancake .
Then after training ill eat dinner which is lile the similar to lunch but maybe lile potatoe or sweet potatoe instead of rice.

well if i made world youth probs world youth. But after i found out how expensive world youth is id say Youth Comm cause its no where near as much . It doesnt seem really worth it to fork out this huge amount of money for a just a youth competition. Although it would be a great experience .
