Umm, I'd say I'm pretty laid back when the time Is appropriate but when **** needs to get done I make sure It gets done quick. I also think that as a NCO i need to uphold myself to the highest of standards so my Cadets strive for their best, so I make sure I act the way I would expect of them. I'm certainly not the best NCO, but I can get the job done
