What do you eat in a day?
Morning (7:30am) I normally start my day off with a fruit or nothing if I'm not hungry.
Lunch (12:30pm) for lunch I'll eat some pieces of salad or veggie and have some almonds with it.
Evening (3:30pm) I'll eat a huge bowl of lettuce with vegan cheese, olives and carrots. I try stay away from the kitchen otherwise I'll binge, purely because of boredom. If you're the same - just find something else to do, so it can keep your mind off food.
Dinner (5,6 or 7) I'll have something like mushrooms fried in coconut oil, veggies and a salad (eat hot foods at night, it will make you feel full until morning)
I only drink water and black tea/coffee.
Remember, restrict = binge
