Depressed cutting worthless piece of trash

The funny thing is today I am 2 weeks clean, I hate my depression and what it does to me mentally is killing me and what I do to myself could potentially kill myself. But the thing is most people even friends compare me to themselves or others. It isn't that bad, or they think I'm fine just because I smile and laugh and interact with my peers but hey people so easily judge these days. Go figure.

I am getting really tired of hearing all this. "Be yourself" "be the best you that you can be" or "don't change for anyone else except yourself" it is easier said then done!
