Yeah,, I was on the chubby side in primary school =)) ,, I guess I toned up a lot when I started waterpolo,, and I also started doing a whole bunch of different fad diets,, but those made me get headaches and it wasn't healthy,, I eat healthy foods for my 3 main meals, then I have like chocolate or something like that inbetween =)) I can't live without chocolate now =)) oh and lots of water (2 litres a day) xo.
