Hello Claudia. I need your advice on something and thought I could ask you. Today my best friend and my ex boyfriend told me that they like eachother and have decided to go on a date and asked for my permission.

I wouldn't know how to act if they did and I don't know if this is me being unfair. This has really stressed me out and people said I should come to you because you are good at giving advice.
Just tell them both the truth, I'm sure they will understand why you reluctant about the whole situation, as it puts you in an awkward position. If you decide to not tell them you will probably feel worse about it all. What ever they decide at least you know that they made their choice knowing the truth. They you can move on from there.
