The motivation I recommend is to better yourself, knowing that there's always room for improvement and it changes your mind set to positivity and that's the goal, you need to first know what you want to do and don't say "I will start tomorrow" no doesn't work like that you need to just do it and start pushing yourself and everything wil eventually fall into place and make sense. All about your mindset. :)
