Have you ever thought of suicide
Yes recently. Not about me personally I have never considered it an option for me. but about friends I know who have attempted suicide or admitted to thinking about how the world would not miss them. It is a scary thought and my heart breaks that they feel like they have no other way but to end the heart ache and bad thoughts by taking their life. So I know I am far from perfect and that there is both good and bad in the world but I choose to live and help others to choose the same.

I regret not noticing the small things in life and taking them for granted the moments that you read a four page essay written by your best friend less than a week before she passed away, the cowboy who protected me throughout high school, endless maccas runs, drives after soccer and late night chats because one day those people are no longer around and I regret that I took it all for granted and now two of those people I visit their graves both died too young with plans of growing old together you think you hve the future so you forget about the present until all you have left is the past.

No I don't still eat meat but it is an adjustment to a normal lifestyle for example I work a McDonald's so I have to get up earlier to make food for my break instead of just ordering a burger at work or learning how best to get more iron in my diet and cook new dishes!
