The only vegan cheese available in South Africa at shops like checkers/pnp would be violife cheese, sheese spread and cheezly. But I'd suggest making your own cashew nut cheese

That's so great ❤️ Most shops like checkers and pnp, spar, woolworths etc stock non dairy milk and cheese, and fry's meat free food etc and shops in town like the wellness warehouse etc have a lot of vegan foods as well. Hope this helps ?

Not at all for me. I actually feel like I was born to be a vegan because I never liked the taste of meat, especially not red meat and I always hated eggs and I hardly drank milk. The only time I had animal products was in milkshakes or pizza and I probably ate chicken max 3 times a week growing up and red meat hardly ever. I stopped eating pigs when I was 7 because I learnt how incredibly intelligent they are ?

I totally get the whole FTN thing And I support it! But Women naturally want to feel pretty or $exy sometimes and using our bodies is a way of doing that and some women enjoy feeling $exy and stuff. Isn't that contradicting FTN?
In a relationship, it's completely natural and normal for your partner to be aroused by your $exuality, it's normal to feel $exy and attractive etc with your partner. That's APPRECIATION. There is a very big difference between appreciation and objectification. Just like some woman appreciate men's abs and muscles etc, it's normal to be attracted to someone's physical appearance, male or female. But woman's bodies were not created for men, to please men or to please anyone. It's normal and completely okay to want to feel appreciated and $exual, but it's not okay when that is taken to such extent that woman are seen as nothing more than a body, a $exualized object. And this is done by the media, we grow up believing and accepting that 'that's just the way it is' when men are shirtless and woman mush cover themselves. It's the principle that we are viewed as objects that is wrong. There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel pretty and $exy and appreciated by your partner. So no, I don't think it's at all contradicting. The great thing about feminism is that you can be anything or anyone. It's a movement for any gender, race, class, $exuality. Wether you are a stay at home parent or a career focused parent, wether you choose to wear a bra or go topless, wether you choose to shave or not shave. It's about making choices over your own body without anyone arresting you or shaming you. You don't have to walk around topless to support FTN, you can support it and still want to always wear a bra etc. it's about letting other human beings make their own decisions over their bodies ??

I don't understand this whole "free the nipple" thing because a women is not supposed to advertise her body on social media. It just isn't right mahn
First of all, woman's bodies are not products to be 'advertised' - that kind of mentality is a big reason why we need this movement! Free the nipple is confronting the double standard that when a man is shirtless it is considered completely normal and acceptable but when a woman is shirtless she is considered a ****, an attention seeker and gets arrested, which doesn't make much sense does it? Since we both have nipples? This is about gender equality and destroying ridiculous gender stereotypes and $exualisation of our bodies, flesh and bone that society uses to label and define us. Our bodies are the same but different. But our diversity does not mean we must have different rights. We all deserve equal rights and respect, no matter our gender, race, culture, $exual orientation or religion. Free the nipple is about normalizing bodies and women's breasts, de$exualising our bodies because our boo*s are not $exual objects of desire. They are simply apart of our bodies created primarily for feeding babies we might choose to have. You know what's not right ? $exual objectification, and this movement is fighting against it✌?️
