okay, i have every single symptom and sign of a minor tear ( which is practically a sprain... just a technical term due to the location).... as i said, i have 2 personal pysios and a sports doctor, and i know its pointless to see them if its this... i have had MRI's, multiple ultrasounds, x rays,steroid injections, and weekly psyio and doctor appointments. this is minor... i was just stating what it was

Medial meniscus minor tear. haven't been diagnosed with it yet, but i go to a pies so often i sort of know what certain pain is now. where I've done it is on the inner edge, so no weight baring is on it.... you have to look at a picture to understand. What did you do to your knee
i have PFD ... so from growing too fast and too much sport as a kid, my inner quads are weak and my other ones are too strong. my knee caps are also on an angle and my grove they run is a bad shape that makes them slip out easier than most people.... i also inflamed my ITB band bursa and needed a cortisol injection a few months ago (why i went to bali) and now I've torn cartilage in my right knee.
