How do you deal with a heartbreak
Don't contact them ( as hard as it sounds ) , spend time with family and friends , if they message you, ignore them , but at the same don't fantasize about ignoring them, you are doing it for your own healing. If they tell you they want you back , don't accept because If they've left you before , chances are that they are wanting you out of loneliness, not love. Try to listen to happy music and think of all the things you prefer to do alone. And also , don't rush into things with other people - give yourself time to heal properly and try not to have hookups that you end up regretting. Take all the love that you gave to that person and try to invest it into yourself x . Much easier said than done but try to stay true to yourself and what you deserve. ❤️
