Acceptance is key .. and no I'm not just giving you advice that I've heard in movie lines ? , (although I won't lie they do give me ideas and are often accurate af) ??? , but you need to realize for yourself that you play an important role in this world , whether it being in your family , with your friends , whatever aspect it may be , you do , you matter . You need to sit down and think about who you really are as a whole , you need to acknowledge it and say " I can accept it , I can accept me". Also stop comparing yourself to others and always degrading yourself , try speak more positively about yourself , even if you have to force it out when you start out , but start building these habits , you may not notice it now but in the long run it greatly impacts you. this should help you ???

What do you use for that clear skin of yours?
It's a whole process ? And it's not completely clear but I do try?. I first steam my face in hot water or just put a warm facecloth on it , then I use my Acteen face scrub , then dab it off with my facecloth with cold water , that's my night routine , my morning one I use the normal Acteen face wash , for some booooomb results I make a paste with lemon and bicarb , it gets rid of all my blackheads , I use it for my nose only , haven't experimented on my full face yet? , I hope this helps x.
