Dont stress about not being promoted, it gives you a strong motivation to keep improving. Some people get to triples then relax thinking their job is done, use promotion as a motivating factor to push harder and further :)
Promotions used to mean so much to me. But now, it doesn't as much... I mean it would be so awesome to get to triples, but that would never compromise my effort. Performing is my greatest passion, I don't want to give it up. I love senior show, the people are amazing and so talented and down to earth, and the completion is there, but it's tolerable. This will be my 11th chance of being promoted, the buzz sorta wore of at the 5th XD Thank you though x

Gahh XD The Triple Threats are the highest level in the hierarchy at the YABC... There are 5 levels... I have the privilege to be in the second highest level, Show Chorus.

No, I'm not angry... I knew I didn't have a chance anyway.. Andy openly admitted to us that they over filled triples, they had no need for alto girls (I'm alto) and they were looking for dancers, I can't really dance... So I didn't have a chance, I'm also not at that standard, I've never had a solo, I've never been a favourite... Also another thing I want to bring up, being a triple is a dream of mine, but it has never been my deciding factor. I'm never going to be that person who decides to leave when they don't get promotion. I'm working goddamn hard to prove myself, and I'm never going to give up, I know I'm not well liked at YABC, that's a fact I've accepted, but nothing will stop me doing what I love to do, which is performing. Especially not some hierarchy ...
