Alright bro Let's start with biceps, do sitting bicep curls, 3 sets of 40 each-that's a lot so pick a reasonable weight. Then do standing barbell curls, do 3 sets of 10-15 - I want you to murder yourself in that one, pick a heavy a*s weight. Okay, for triceps, there's this really good workout - do 25 dibs then go to overhead dumbbell lift 25 reps. Repeat this 3 times. Pick a weight that's not so heavy and not so light. As for shoulders, it's all about muscle endurance rather than heavy lifting.bi don't actually know the names of the exercises for shoulders but do each for 1 full minute.
