WOOO there's HEAPS!! I can't count. One of them was when we were being random to kids and I fell over. OH and when we have those sessions in music and art ANNDDD library ANNDDD sport just in everything we do something crazy together!

Yep! Before you race/practice ALWAYS warm up for 5-10 minutes. I warm up for 15 to 25 minutes including starts and slow paced running 400m. Also remember whether you're good at sprinting or not to ALWAYS remind yourself; I'm strong, I'm powerful, I'm fast. Also when you're sprinting, remember to keep your hands straight and move them fast. Also when youre sprinting, keep your knees High and big strides but sprint when you do them :)
