Focus mainly on getting in enough carbs (rice, sweet potatoes etc.), protein (chicken, fish and red meat) and essential fats (nuts and oils) but I'll vary depending on your goals. DM me if you want to know more ???

How long until you start seeing progress?
No specific time but don't have your mind set on just seeing results. First try find the passion and love for gym because it's definitely not easy. There will be days when you won't want to train because you're too sore and you just need to find the motivation push through that and get back into the gym. Find yourself a gym partner with the same goals and similar strength to you because it'll make things a hell of a lot easier ??
