What is Crohns disease exactly?
Crohn's disease is a disease were the immune system sees your digestive tract as a foreign object and attacks it viciously. Causing a lot of troubles. It's incurable and is quite painful to live with. It is like when you get a cold and the immune system attacks the virus when it notices it. My body thinks that my digestive system is a virus and its aim is to destroy it.

Without this being mean, I think when you post heaps of statuses about your disease, it seems like you want people to feel sorry for you.
That really offended me. It is a way to keep my family updated and a coping mechanism for me. Okay? You don't know what it feels like. :-( Keep your comments to yourself please. This is a question site not a freaking TBH.
