I have learned that over the years people who are more concerned with others and talk about others in a negative way either 1)envy something about you
2)have their own issues in their life
3) are bored/self-centered and like to pick on people for pleasure.
Whatever the reason another person is doing this, do NOT mind them. A good saying is those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. Depending on your age and maturity level it gets easier with time. We are so focused now a days with our image, social media and keeping up to certain standards that we often lose ourselves. But those people who are bad mouthing you, do NOT matter and they should NOT be in your life. The sooner you forget about them or eliminate them from your life the less stress you will have. Remember you are you and not what they say about you ❤️
