I feel like its really important for people to know their worth. especially females. this is not me degrading males in any way- because I believe greatly in equality- but I've felt degraded on so many occasions, and I hate that feeling. And at the beginning of the year I made this promise to myself that I was gonna take more care of myself. And thats not even health orientated, just in general. So to all the girls out there- take care of yourself, take care of your heart. It may break as easily as a toy, but don't treat as one.
