Why did you decide to become vegan, do you find it difficult and what do you like eating that’s vegan? Thinking about making the switch
My body is happiest eating vegan, earthy, plant based food. I like veggies & salads, fruits, smoothies & that type of stuff. It’s worth switching ? (I don’t find it difficult because I enjoy it but @ the beginning it’s a little challenging)

Haha it’s quite an awkward question to answer/difficult to explain. I’m currently not although since 2017 I have been switching between vegan & vegetarian as I’m trying to get really good at running & stay fit but don’t have any energy so have been trying to find a diet to suit my body, but I’m figuring out that it doesn’t actually have that much to do w what I’m eating. I initially decided to be vegetarian until I’m 16 (a bit older), but I do really prefer being vegan & my body prefers it. Am most likely going to continue being vegan. Don’t like labeling it though because it is something that I am trying to figure out & find a solution to for now <3

So I’m vegan too and I saw ur thing about ur energy. Are you taking any supplements? I’m not sure if you know but the one vitamin that we can’t get from plants is vitamin B12. You can get them at Clicks or PnP. Highly recommend it!
