How do you tell someone they have bad breath?
If they are a close friend I guess you can just say it and mean it in a friendly, joking way and offer them a mint. But if it is someone you don't know that well or if it is a teacher or adult , I think it would be abit disrespectful to say, " You have bad breath" So I wouldn't say anything. :)

Yes. I believe that people dream to express their emotions and doubts. I believe that sometimes our subconcious tells us stuff in our dreams. So even though they can't see, I'm quite convinced that they do have dreams, maybe not visual like people who can see, but they certainly have an expression of a dream in one way or another. :)
