Used to work out every day of the week and sometimes weekends then I got sick for like 2 weeks and then I went back to gym but I got lazy so now I’ll go in like once or twice a week or just do ab exercises at home when I feel fat. I eat absolute trash and I don’t really care what I eat

I had a personal trainer I’m the beginning and I watched a bit of videos focused on what I wanted to achieve then I kinda worked out what works on my body and met with a really great personal trainer that taught me a bunch of things
