Hit me up with an inbox if you need. The old 'cliche' - seek help. That first step is hard but it's worth it. Also, I find that being about to talk to someone (even if it's only one person) is helpful - find someone you can confide in. Remember that you're important to others, even if you don't feel it all the time. I can't promise I can fix it but inbox me if you need someone to talk to. And no ones depression is the same, what works for me might not work for you, it's trial and error a lot of the time.
