but i lately i have been eating like salads and sht at school, that's just to help clear my skin though. oh and when i do workout, which is like 2-3 times a week, i do like this model workout that i got from a bunch of websites and mashed all of the stuff together to make it suitable for what i can do and how i want to look. ill post it if you'd like me too, but like everyone is different, and so what works for me might not work for everyone else... but yeah that's all i got for you, sorry i wasn't much help?
