It depends what you doing of course. Like if you aspiring to do music and you really good at it, you can still become successful without doing well in high school. And also success means how much money you earn, which is stupid because a smart student in high school can become a teacher and not claimed to be a "successful" person, even though they successful at their job...

What do you think of education and rate it from 1-10 in terms of importance
Okay I believe that education plays an important role in life, because obviously people need to be educated? in order for their country to develop and what not. But I also believe that alot of the things we do in school is irrelevant and that they don't allow us to be creative. Also school days are way too long. Like in Finland, they offer subjects like woodwork and cooking, which are actual life tools, and their school days are only 4 hours long. Compared to south Africa, 7 hour school days and stupid subjects we will never do or use
So education is most definitely important, on the scale I would give it a 10/10, but the things part of our education, some of it is a waste
