what exactly was wrong with your back
Hurt it dancing and thought it wasnt a big deal, hurt it more dancing, went to physio for agees they couldnt do anything but i kept going, then i went and sat on a chair in year 8 and someone pulled the chair away and landed on my back, then i got referred to a back specialist and got a mri scan, that showed i have a disc injury thats hitting a nerve. It still isnt great, getting into my dance slowly :)
