Eat at least 5 meals per day regardless of what your parents say. Consume 2grams of protein for every kg of body weight you have, cut out fat from your diet and consume plenty of carbs. Consume protein before bed to prevent catabolism which is the break down of muscle tissue for fuel. This whole diet will only work if you do the current workout with it and get the right vitamins and water consumption as well.
