Well it depends what context. I try not to have preferences, but generally those with a heart and a brain (both metaphorically and physically). Love of God, love of life, love of food. All these things are important as well.

Why is it called a "building" when it is already built?
Why would a glass of water be called a drink? Because we drink it. But it's still called a drink before, during, and after we drink it - it doesn't suddenly become a 'drunk'. In much the same way, a building is something that we build. While we are building it, it's called a building - but when we finish, it doesn't suddenly become a 'built'. It requires building to be completed, and it's name practically is derived from that :)
