MEG✨ I think you're so so beautiful!! I'm really struggling with mah body, how did you lose so much weight? What are you're exercise routines? and how long did it take you?
Thank you so much ✨ I lost a lot of weight by exercising and cutting meals down and a lot less carbs. I do quite a lot different workouts, it differs every week because your body gets used to the exercises if you do them often without a change. It took about 6 months to lose all of my weight but I'm still not by my goal but I'm still worked my on it. Don't give up , you will eventually get to where you want to be xx
