Rumours has it that I'very been going to gym for 3 years, where I'm actually 1 year busy doing gym.
10 sets of the following
Upper body:
- Do as much push ups as possible per set until 10.
- Do weights according to what you feel is lift able for a long period, 10 - 15kg is my options for as long as you can per set for 10 sets.
- Sit on a chair with your arms resting flat on a 90° surface in front of you, get lighter weightd and continue until you can anymore per set for 10 sets
Lower body
- Squat on your front part of your feet and do as many as you can per set for 10 sets
(Keep in mind these two lower and upper body is for 1 day each)
