Yeah I still do everything on it, it's been injured for a year so I have learnt to live with it, basically I've lost a lot of the cartilage in it and all of the main joint are showing a lot of trauma, I also not have arthritis in it, so I'm in that brace to try and rest it in the hope that some scar tissue will form but I have to see somelne in three weeks and I think they're doing injections or something idk
