because of braces? yeah, they give you a whole list.. really, its anything hard or really sugary. need to cut down on sugary foods, lollies, drinks (stick to water), cut up harder foods into smaller portions... no chewy or minties or red skins though. Any foods i cant eat in general.. spicy foods.. im such a bad asian

nope, not at all. the only thing you notice with braces is that they cut the inside of your mouth and can be very sharp :/ other than that, no metal issues

what rank do you want to achieve in the future?
honestly, i had no goal, ambition, need, or want to be promoted. But my peers, higher ranks, and staff saw potential in me and convinced me that it would be beneficial for myself and those around me if i went further with my training. so my jncos course was a bonus, and anything here out is a bonus. i was asked to appl for sncos, but i declined because i felt i missed out on too much through my shoterned mid years course and wouldnt be able to perform as best i know i can.
