Its strange how you can incline bench for than you can regular bench
Yeah cause I have good genetics for shoulders, and when doing incline or decline bench press it has a bit of an impact from your shoulders more than when you're doing flat bench press.

Depends on how many reps I wanna be able to do and what I'm hoping to do for that day at the gym. Though for my 4-5 rep maxes

1 - It doesn't always take genetics, sometimes just even harder work than the one who has the blessed genetics.
2 - What made you think I was planning on reaching that level? ;)

He hadn't started to put in all his serious dedication till 18, showing us that its never too late to start something, everyone starts somewhere bud. I'm not planning to reach the level of all the top Olympia current or former title holders anyways, I just love what I learn about them by the day, and I respect them for the motivation and dedication they put into striving through all that effort everyday.
You will probably NEVER reach Jay's or Kai's or any other IFBB pro's status, Not saying this to bring you down. Not only do they juice on cocktails of steroids, but they are also genetically blessed and devoted their lives to this.
I'm not tryna reach their level, I'm just obsessed with their dedication and aspects and views towards what they do. I said I WISH I were as they were, never said that I WILL be like them.
