Why did you quit your job?
Well. A) I've asked my 'new' manager about 3 times to move departments cause I hate standing still at cash and absolutely HATE the customers (elderly ones or anyone who is and absolute sht head) B) I asked my cash manager to train me on service desk and lottery, and she said 'sure'! But, one of the last shifts I had before I left (I took the shift) got canceled, so the girls who have me it had to come back in. BUT cash manager decided to train someone on lotto that day (convinced she didn't want me to know cause she already told me she would train me. Then while I was gone in Italy she train other girls (on wasn't even out of her 3 month probation so wtf? [if you're reading this its not against you just the timing]) C) the girl she train when she canceled my shift is now being trained in office. THIS pisses me off because you're supposed to be trained on lottery and service for a year before being promoted to office. Wanna know how long she's been on derives? 3 weeks. Tell me if this wouldn't piss you off either. Tbh, no one could've mastered service in that short of time (lots of things to remember and do, plus she's not the only one on service so she wouldn't have had a lot of shifts in it yet) I wasn't gonna quit so soon cause I wanted my 2 jobs for the whole summer, but since it looks like no one at that store actually values the effort and work I put into it in the past few years (manager wise, I know the other staff know) they can be friends fcked over with little staff, and employees who hate their head store manager. I'm glad to be going
