I'm so sorry that people tell you that you're you're fat and ugly. I don't know if this would help you. but I can tell you what I do even though I've also put on some weight.
• I make smoothies in a blender with mint,a green apple,a banana and strawberries . I get three smoothie cups if that's what you call em. I split the blended smoothie into three portions and I eat that the whole day,and yes I do get hungry so I drink water and eat a carrot to snack with.
I also take jogs and swim.gym once in a while?
It's very hard to commit to this and it might take time for you to get over bad eating habits(like me). Please do dm me or something if you need someone to talk to❤
