tips to not get depressed..? - sorry u just seem like u have a bit to be upset bout-
you can't really control the things that make you feel "upset" or "depressed" but you can control your reaction to certain things, the way you handle a situation says alot about the type of person you are and how stable you are. There's not really any use in dwelling on things it only makes you feel worse, just leave it and try to continue on like nothing ever happened :-) and also, I don't have a lot to be "upset" or "depressed" about, I have a good group of friends and I'm not tied down to anyone, I have a supportive family and I don't really have that stress or pressure of how I come across or look to people :-) I have a lot to be happy about, just focus on the positives more than the negatives no matter how bad the situation is :-) xxx
