Believe me I'm not self confident I body shame myself all the time and I regret saying things then I never forget them (I still am so embarrassed from something 3 yrs ago) and I'm a lot more myself around people I know when I'm with who I don't know I'm a turtle in a shell. That's why I never go to socials and stuff cause I freeze up ❤
