Finally the age question. The age is 4. What keeps me motivated this is the hardest question anyone has ever asked me because i've never actually thought of an answer for it but My original motivation was from Hulk Hogan from the wwf now wwe. then in primary school i discovered females, and a few years later i was in primary school and me and my friends use to wrestle and i used to do pullups in grade 5 on the monkey bars and do planks for your abs and had everyone stare at me. then i moved to high school. I started to hate poular kids seeing them with girls pissed me off so f***ing bad. lets skip to year 8. Towards the end of the year i got kicked out of my clas* and moved to anothe rone i dont know why i just cant remember who was in that clas* but when i moved to my new clas* i had 2 friends Michael Marchese and Enes Yuksel Typical Trouble makers and everyone knew them. On my first day i had the same Cooking teacher Mrs. Ross, when i knocke don the Door Selin Akyayla opened it for me with a nice beautiful smile on her face, you could tell she was one of those constantly happy people, Fast forward a few months i was very shy and stuff and i remember there was a girl in my clas* named Zoe she was dating a guy named John i might be wrong but this was when i was in her clas* but whatever. I was friends with both of them at that time John for longer. She was excused from clas* one day because she was crying. I asked to goto the restroom and she was outside with a girl but she went inside, i talked to her outside for a little and i asked if i should talk to john, she said don't worry about it but for her sake i did it anyway i felt sorry for her. I talked to John hhe said she was a Bit** a slu* or whatever, we talked and well i got both sides of the story it was a bad break up he moved onto another chick and well Zoe was different... It took time for her wounds to heal because believe it or not she was alot more serious i believe then others actually think, I liked heryeah i had reasons she sat next to me in clas*, she knew and well we became friends she was nice to me, even when i was as shy as hell but i wasn't going to complain about it. So this was after her Breakup with Both Mitch and John. We had a few ''Deep'' conversations on facebook and well i loved her to be honest because shes everything i loved kind and hilarious her jokes were horrible but her laugh is indescribable. Well i got Expelled in year 9. A longtime Friend Patrick Kadi who Moves to Queensland was the only one who could understand the way i felt ecause he and i were so close almost as if we were one see? we both love bodybuilding and thats what made our friendship closer and fast forward for the last time to the present. We both love her and Me and Patrick are motivated by eachother in the gym and by her. He loved the fact we both liked her at once so we wernt competing or anything. and she moved on and shes getting on with her life now, were just in the back of her mind i think. so We motivate eachother the three of thats what i hope is true.
That makes me real happy when people say that, its good to know people are supporting me for the stage. When i start putting up photos on facebook i'm not expecting more support but i think it will happen anyway. If i do not post a photo its

burn more calories then you eat. i personally am going pretty bad on my cut because its so hard to stick to but if you can stick to it good for you.

well to bulk you just need more then you burn Victor Richards a 370lb bodybuilder who is my favourite and a nice guy he had 30,000 in one day what i\'m getting at is the more calories the more weight you gain just exercise properly so its muscle although some fats goin to get on you but who cares thats offseasoning . and one other thing Isaac nesser who has a chest cir***ference aka around his chest that is over 6 feet and its 74 inches aand he has 29 inch arms so he does full body splits you can not do this if you do not have lots of recovery products and goto bed early so doing full body workouts for 8-10 days then resting for 2 days is good just make sure you get lots of recovery from eating right. but god do the exercises right and heavy and feel the pump. i got 3 inches on my arms in less then a year which is f***ing insane for anyone and just to add to it i did that in 8 days obviously its unbelievable and i understand that but doing it heavy feeling the muscle and the pump and eating and recoverying from eating and resting is good not a rest day but sleeping for long. eat more calories eat as much as you can i once had a hourful meal i ate 2kgs of rice in one sitting. more
Well I'd only use it if you need it. Like if you have to walk a long distance or something i wouldnt really recommend it becauseitsinoterproductsand theres many types of whey protein get a weight gaine ra nd pig out as mucg as you can on that that'yy get a few kgs make sure you eat twice as much normal food afte rto maintain the gain

The secret to it is simple eat a calorie surplus have 6 meals a day if you can eat as much as you can theres a difference between white rice and mcdonalds rice would be better eating lots of carbohydrates and protein is key but dont eliminate fat.
Lucky you if you workout PROPERLY the first year of weights you gain the most you could get to 90kgs if you did everything properly in a year.
Warm up with as many sets and reps as you need to till your warm
do reps around 4-8 and force a few with a partner or if you dont have one do half reps so you get 10 -12 ish but you need to feel the muscle work and blood go into it you cant just swing shi* around. less cardio more eating and better weights
you workout for as long as you want i'm not going to tell you to do what i've done like 200 sets for back for a month but use dumbbells for symmetry and evening bodyparts and barbells for mas* and machines for extra help
Warm up with a light barbell then put 10 pounds on the bar alltogether then slowly increase it till you can do 4 and half rep till a mi imum of 6 do this with dumbbells this could take 10 sets maybe who cares and do the form correctly legs need a higher rep range of around a 30-60 Rep warmup and you have to really push it heard on the warmups if you can stand and jump off the ground after a leg workout you failed reps should be around 8-20 Reps
doing running or athletics is a horrible thing for gaining. do it properly. if i know where you were i could train you at the gym myself but do as much sets as you need if your chest feels wrecked after pyramiding up for 5 sets of benches then your screwed then goto a lighter weight or lighter exercise and force a few i'l l give you more detail if you ask mre specific things
