For me it wasn't hard, but it really depends if your going to put 100% effort in it. I went vegan over a night, but if you think you will struggle drop one food every week etc. eg. drop honey, then eggs, then fish, then milk, then meat, just do it at your own pace. If you have Netflix watch cowspiracy, watch earthlings and 101 reasons to go vegan, you can find these both on YouTube. My number 1 tip is to research ,use all your resources like YouTube, google, Instagram or books etc. I recommend freeleethebananagirl, Essena Oneil, Tess Begg, Annie Taraosa, Earthlingmaxi and Bonny Rebecca, they all have a YouTube channel and Instagram.
