I go to cch and ive done medical programs before but since the ldcsb has relations with lhss they signed me up and my interview is in 3 months and i wouldnt start until grade 11 , its like a co-op / internship working with doctors :) i would do it for 6 months

you're so motivating! How do you stop yourself from emotional/boredom eating? When i come home from school i stuff myself because i'm so stressed out and annoyed and ive gained 45 pounds and i'm really tired of it. :(
thankyou ! :) and i usally drink water , but unfourtuanatly when im stressed i tend to smoke :( not the best habit but i hope to break it ! but thats me, not you! but instead of walking to the fridge turn on some music and stretch, it relieves stress :)

OMG TRISTAN YOU ARE SOOO INSPIRING! How are you losing weight? Like what do you eat and what kind of workouts do you do? Literally when i saw the pic you posted i became so motivated ive always looked up to you and i was always jealous of your body!
awe thanks<3 ! and i do moderate workouts and lemon water and lots of protein ( i do cheat though) just try to avoid breads , i do cardio and weights and squats when im at home and have missed the gym :p and awe thanks, but its gonna take alot of hard work and dedication to get that body back

go to gnc and buy rasberry keytone, it helps cleanse your system, and drink lots of lemon water ! and teas, cut down on sugar and do the elliptical machiene and weights , squats help alot too ! and just be happy, stress causes your body to hang on to stuff !
