First of all perfect is not the word :) My mum was the same, so it's probably down to genes :) I think the idea of aiming to look "thin" is overrated though, people should embrace their bodies and learn to love themselves. There are good and bad points to each body size ya'll

I dont grow my hair with intention - if that makes sense haha it was quite long at the start of the year as i hadnt had it cut in nearly 2 years. I dont dye my hair so i think that helps keep it healthy :) also i dont wash it every day! there is no need to :)
