Talk to them, at least show that they are a human being and make there day better. They most likely are very depressed because most people look down on them but you never know what they're going through. You could be in their situation; some don't have familys or friends so people should at least have the courtesy to even give a simple smile.

Where do I start.... It was exactly better than I thought it would be. I had the BEST time of my life when I met my cousins once again.
