What would be your weapon of choice in a zombie apocalypse?
Note: They must be real weapons (so no lights bears and the sort).
Lights and bears? I doubt that would help me in a zombie apocalypse! There are a great array of weapons, both real and fictional. For the benefit of people who like to keep it real, weapons have to be a physical tangible object, i.e sword/gun/shield/crossbow (bravely default) Ima go all out here and have some sort of inventory hehe Sword: Elucidator/Dark Repulsor (Sword Art Online anime) or Zangetsu (Bleach) Gun: Not sure, many games like DayZ portray zombies impertinent to certain types of guns. I'll have to go with pistol, and upgrade it to a shotgun (SHOTGUN THE SHOTGUN) I would prefer to stay very far away from mass zombie attacks, so the gun would have to depend on the situation. Shield: Shields are also difficult in that some can use them as a defence and a weapon. It requires a strong stance in order to have an effective shield, or else it's just a thin barrier for zombie claws to claw their way into. I do like the scutum shields, a giant rectangular shield that covers one side of your body. The crap thing is, the other half of your body would be awkwardly exposed unless leaning against a wall. Shields are a clunky way of fighting that's just not for me, I'd probably get crushed under my own shield by the weight of the zombies! As for projectiles go, if I could I would go for the bow and arrow, but I have bad aim, so it'll be luck if I strike one during an attack. CONCLUSION: It is amusing to think that weapons such as the Elucidator and Zangetsu actually exist, within the possession of die hard fans of their respective anime. Elucidator has more class to it, it is less brutal, swift so this sword is my preferred weapon, with the pistol coming at a close second! LET'S HOPE THE DAY NEVER ARRIVES!!!

hello i would like to talk to you about you preferring bullet to knee. the bullet has a higher velocity, resulting in the bullet creating a sort of explosion upon exit, frequently leaving a bigger crater of an exit wound compared to the entry.

**** why are they both on me knees D; I would rather have a bullet to the knee cause I imagine bullets to be more thinner than the arrow. Arrows have been designed to be barbed, so that pulling it off would cause more damage to yourself and my knee would be worse. My legs :(

That's a good question, and it's something that I picked up on in Philosophy class. As an utilitarian, it's important to choose the result that would give the most happiness overall to society, not just yourself. While it would s*ck for my friend to die, perhaps from a bomb or a train, I would rather save my friend, but I have to save the ten 'innocent' lives. I'm sure that friend would be ok with that choice and would rather me do a heroic act than a selfish act. :( debatable of course

Hey tramander! Since I've only gotten to know you recently, as a first impression I guess you're friendly and outgoing! It surprised me to learn that you were born in Vietnam, cause you speak English really fluently! (I couldn't even tell) but it's a shame that you're not going to Vietnamese school and doing it for VCE. Well since the holidays are approaching in a week or so and my SACs have been finished I'm essentially lazing around when I should be studying and revising for my upcoming SACs in about three weeks time! For English, I seem to be doing pretty average, 17 +17 for the Issues oral, and 18/20 for the latest Language analysis. It seems like that they're marking it fairly leniently to my surprise, so hopefully it doesn't bite me in the butt later on. Methods, I'm in the C+ range I think, but since the SACs are so irregular, I tend to daze off and lose focus and interest on the subject. I still think Methods is fun (but only when I can grasp the ideas and concepts) Chemistry is kinda gloomy, for the class gives the teacher heaps of crap and she has to put up with it all. Can't be helped since her teaching style isn't as great and effective as the other more experienced chemistry teachers. She's a positive person though, and while she may not be teaching chemistry all that much, she's good at teaching us how to live a healthy lifestyle. Though it's not always consistent, Philosophy is by far, my most important subject to me. With the small workload, it emphasises the point that I need to revise the ideas of Plato Descartes and Armstrong regularly to be able to articulate them well. Getting across the mind/soul and body is a gripping unit and is an interesting way to lead into the next unit which is identity (AKA who the eff are we) I've accomplished the seemingly impossible, ripping through 45 hours of Korean dramas (Boys Over Flowers and The Secret Garden) over the past month. I've been watching Good Game, and keeping up to date with The Blacklist. I've lost interest in Arrow, but I hear the Resurrection seems good! Think that's about it, if I missed anything, just ask another!

Who are your best friends?
You probably wouldn't know them that well, but I consider a couple of guys my best friends. I've been hanging with them ever since year 10 and while we crack crude jokes, they're honest and quick-witted :) Everyone else to me are acquaintances, but I'd still like to be on good terms with them, so I hang out with as many people as I can before I lock myself in to study for those end of year examinations!

I don't know! There's so many out there that I have not seen yet, so I can't decide, and if I said something you'd judge cause my knowledge of anime is so small and limited to everyone else. I suppose I'd imagine the best anime to have a significantly powerful plotline, strong characters and have strong interactions with the plot, otherwise they're just kinda there. Must aesthetics.
