what's your take on the whole "gay rights" going down in the "land of the free"?
Land of free = America right ?
I'm going to talk in a christian's point of view since most of America is christian (these information is what I gathered through looking at homophobes and pro-homo arguments I saw online and my opinion )
I hate having someones rights taken away for their se*uality.
Like what the f***. Boy scouts has announced a gay-ban for 'em meanwhile the girl scouts doesn't give a f*** about your se*uality ,because that doesn't change shi*.
I saw this counter argument about a guy saying about same se* marriages leading to (wo)man-animal marriage.
Like honestly! Giving women the right to vote didn't lead to horses voting.
It's just so pissing off.
Like I never read the Bible ,but people are using testaments of the Bible about man and a man having homose*ual activities is a sin ("If a man lies with a man as he would a woman, they both shall be put to death") ,but it also states so is shaving ,getting tattoos,getting divorced and many others that are mentioned punishable by death. I think that's the Old Testament though.
If God didn't want people to be gay, then he wouldn't have created the gays in the first place and also, you can't just stop people from being gay. It's not a choice.
As well as, if gays are allowed to be married they are far more likely to adopt children left behind by straight couples.
Someone once said that the only reason people marry is because of reproduction. Would they ban infertile woman as well ? The ability to "produce" a child has not been a qualification of marriage.
If God made all of us, that would include the gays (despising God's children is a sin).
The success rate of a gay couple marriages is higher than a straight one.As well as, getting divorced and re-married is a sin ( which occurs far more in a straight couple ).
The Bible also states it's okay to sell your daughter into slavery and to stone people.
"Being gay is unnatural." so are antibiotics ( I think )
I just f***ing hate homophobes. Like honestly , it is none of your business if a man chooses to lie with the person he loves whether that person is a man or a woman.
