What keeps me focused on God is His constant show of love towards me. How God relentlessly pursues me. He took me out limitation of mind. He emancipated me from mental slavery by showing me that I can do great things and that the world is my runway. He taught me how to be so unapologetic about what I have to offer. ❤

I make pretend "Youtube videos" and watch them over and over again?, I make a whole lot of notes too. It also helps to make pictures in your mind as you go long because our brains tend to remember exaggerated images and whatever they're associated with.?

think it's sad that one ever even has to ask this question.
I think self harm means that either the world has been too cruel to you (but also if the waves are too high you should simply learn how to surf) or you are being too cruel to yourself.
I'm no expert in emotional health and well-being but I know for sure that self-harm is an outlet that is a poor substitute for a better means of alleviating emotional distress and anguish.
I say stay alive and do whatever you need to do to be happy. Just take care of yourself because the world needs you.?❤

I'm not sure how to answer this but I'll try?
There are 2 things I always remember. 1. To seek God and 2. To be confident in my capabilities. When you combine the power of God with the explosion of self-confidence, incredible things happen. As clichè as it sounds, BE TRUE TO YOURSELF and your values.
